  • Spring cleanup At Hatcher Pass

    Indipendence mine, Hatcher Pass 23264 Gold Cord Rd, Palmer, Alaska, United States

    Meet at the Gold Mint parking lot. Free Parking passes for 10 volunteer vehicles. Hot dog tale-gate potluck when done. Still need to clear date with state park.

  • Wyoming to Utah Rockhounding

    Fly to Salt Lake City (SLC), then drive rental to Kemmerer, Wy. then to Delta Utah, then back to SLC. collecting along the way, Green River Formation fossils & Petrified wood at the Blue forest; Delta Utah area for Trilobites, Topaz Mt. topaz and agates. Some fee dig sites. Dave still working out details.

  • Hatcher Pass claim rockhounding
